Terms of Service

1. API Usage

SnapKit provides an API and MCP server for generating images that mimic social media and platform UIs. Access is subject to the rate limits and quotas associated with your plan. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use SnapKit to:

• Generate content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading in a harmful way
• Impersonate real individuals or organizations without consent
• Create content that violates applicable laws or third-party intellectual property rights
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service
• Resell or sublicense API access without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

3. Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Intellectual Property

SnapKit and its underlying technology are owned by Ambimake, Inc. You retain ownership of content you generate. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs as necessary to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your generated images.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Ambimake, Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days notice (except in cases of fraud or abuse, which may result in immediate termination).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
